Azerbaijan Airlines will resume regular flights to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from September 15, 2026. This was announced in a statement by the press service of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC.

Flights on the Baku–Jeddah–Baku route will operate four times a week — on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The new schedule will provide passengers with more flexibility when planning tourist, business, and other trips.

"Jeddah, located on the coast of the Red Sea, is one of the leading economic, tourist, and transport centers of Saudi Arabia. In addition to its importance as a major business and tourist destination, the city serves as one of the key aviation hubs for passengers traveling to Mecca and Medina.

The resumption of direct flights to Jeddah will expand travel opportunities between Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia and make air communication between the two countries more convenient for passengers.

Tickets can be purchased on the official Azerbaijan Airlines website and mobile app, as well as at the airline's sales offices and accredited agencies," the statement said.
