Azerbaijan Airlines, part of AZCON Holding, has successfully operated its first flight to Atyrau, Kazakhstan.
The new route is another important step in further expanding air connectivity between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, developing business and tourist travel, and strengthening economic and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.
Flights on the Baku–Atyrau–Baku route will operate four times a week – on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The new destination will give passengers the opportunity to travel comfortably and without transfers to Atyrau, which is one of the key economic centers of Western Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstan holds an important place in Azerbaijan Airlines' international route network. Given the growing mobility between the two countries and market demand, the airline is consistently expanding its flight geography in Kazakhstan. Thus, the national carrier offers passengers more choices and comfortable travel, while contributing to the development of air connectivity between Azerbaijan and Central Asia.
Tickets for flights to Atyrau can be purchased on the official website www.azal.az, in the AZAL mobile app, at airline ticket offices, and from accredited agencies.
