Azerbaijani platform Mediatrends has added television and radio monitoring. Users can search for keyword mentions, identify the channel and programme, and watch or listen to the relevant broadcast excerpt.

The feature arrived in October’s version 3.8.0, alongside AI summaries and analytics for the material found.

A separate October update, version 3.7.0, added API and MCP access. These connections let users send monitoring data to external systems and integrate it with AI agents.

Mediatrends was founded by Osman Gündüz. Its Global platform was presented at AzTU on 11 September. The product tracks the media agenda and mentions of companies and organizations.
