Azerbaijan Raises Export Duty on Screws, Bolts and Nuts

The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the "Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity, Rates of Import Customs Duties and Rates of Export Customs Duties" approved by a resolution dated 17 November 2017.

Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed the corresponding resolution.

According to the document, the customs duty on every 1,000 kg of screws, bolts and nuts exported from the country has been increased from $15 to $300 by the end of 2029.

The resolution enters into force 30 days after the date of publication.
