President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the State Program for the Development of the Mining (Ore) and Metallurgical Industry in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2027-2030. The text of the document was published on the official website of the President of Azerbaijan.
The Cabinet of Ministers will coordinate the measures envisaged by the State Program and monitor their implementation. The Cabinet of Ministers must inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan once a year on the status of implementation of the measures envisaged by the State Program.
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication will monitor and evaluate the implementation of the measures envisaged by the State Program, based on an order from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan must annually, in the process of drafting the state budget and state investment programs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, take appropriate measures to provide the necessary financial resources to finance the measures envisaged by the State Program.
