By a decision of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 27, 2026, based on an application from OJSC Bank BTB, in accordance with Articles 16.1.1 and 29 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Banks" and the "Rules for Reorganization of Banks," the banking license issued to OJSC Bank BTB has been revoked. Its successor, LLC Non-Bank Credit Organization T-Kredit, has been issued a special document (license) under Articles 10 and 11 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Non-Bank Credit Organizations."

This was reported by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

As previously reported, by a decision of the Central Bank's Board dated March 5, 2026, in accordance with legislation and based on an application from OJSC Bank BTB, preliminary consent was given for its reorganization in the form of transformation into a non-bank credit organization. As part of the reorganization process, OJSC Bank BTB approved a plan for fulfilling obligations to its depositors and other creditors and ensured that the bank's creditors were informed. Within this framework, a "Agreement on Transfer of Assets and Liabilities" was signed between OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB) and OJSC Bank BTB, under which the process of transferring OJSC Bank BTB's assets and liabilities to ABB was successfully completed.

It should be noted that time deposits and demand deposits of OJSC Bank BTB clients were fully transferred to ABB without changing terms, and all clients were given the opportunity to freely access and use their funds.

At the same time, the process of transferring the loan portfolio was successfully completed. The rights of claim against clients with loan debts or other obligations to OJSC Bank BTB were transferred to ABB with the preservation of contract terms, ensuring continuity of loan servicing.

Thus, by the aforementioned decision of the Central Bank's Board, the process of revoking the license of OJSC Bank BTB and its transformation into LLC Non-Bank Credit Organization T-Kredit has been successfully completed.
