According to the Center, heavy traffic flow is currently observed on the following streets and avenues in Baku:
1. Baku-Sumgait Highway, in the direction of the "20 January" metro station;
2. 1st Priozernaya Road, in the direction of Ziya Bunyadov Avenue;
