On September 7-9, 2026, Baku will host the 5th International Conference and Exhibition Black and Caspian Freight Forum 2026: Corridors, Infrastructure, Investments. The event will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku.
The event will bring together representatives of government agencies, international financial organizations, ports and railway companies, the transport and logistics sector, the investment community, businesses, and expert organizations. The organizer is RDL Group, with support from CASPIA Analytical Center and TransConsulting.
Discussions will focus on changes in Eurasia's transport system amid the restructuring of global supply chains, shifting trade routes, and growing demand for alternative routes between Asia and Europe.
A key topic will be the development of the Middle Corridor and its role in forging new transport links between Central Asia, the South Caucasus, Turkey, and European markets. Participants will discuss not only the route's future prospects but also issues that determine its practical efficiency: infrastructure capacity, the condition of ports and railways, coordination among different transport modes, investment needs, and digitalization of logistics processes. The discussions will examine cargo flow dynamics across the Caspian, development of port and railway infrastructure, interaction among transport operators, and prospects for further connecting the transport networks of Central Asia and the South Caucasus with the Black Sea region and Europe. A separate topic will be new regional infrastructure initiatives, including TRIPP (Trump's Route for International Peace and Prosperity), and their potential impact on regional connectivity.
The forum will also address investment in transport infrastructure, development of ports and railway networks, multimodal transportation, digitalization of logistics, maritime shipping across the Caspian and Black Seas, and prospects for international transport corridors.
Media representatives are invited to cover Black and Caspian Freight Forum 2026: Corridors, Infrastructure, Investments. For accreditation, please provide the first and last name of the journalist or media representative who will cover the event.
