Azerbaijan-Oman Fund to Acquire Stake in Azər-Türk Bank

The Azerbaijan-Oman Direct Investment Fund will become a shareholder in the state-owned Azər-Türk Bank through the purchase of new shares. The bank's charter capital will be increased via an additional share issuance.
