Industrial and warehouse completions in St Petersburg and the surrounding Leningrad region reached 592,000 square metres in January–September, up 23% year on year, according to Nikoliers figures published by Vedomosti.

The consultancy forecasts 750,000–800,000 square metres for the full year. The final result depends on project completion.

Demand increasingly includes production space alongside storage. For industrial tenants, power supply and logistics access matter as much as floor area.
