The State Housing Development Agency (MIDA) is putting up for sale subsidized apartments in residential complexes in Lankaran, Shirvan, and Yevlakh.
On September 4, from 11:00 to 16:00, 535 apartments will be put up for sale: one in the Lankaran residential complex, 528 in the Shirvan complex, and six in the Yevlakh complex.
Purchases are made electronically through the "Subsidized Housing" system integrated into the E-Government Information System. Only citizens registered in the system have the right to choose. Registration date and sequence number do not affect the order of selection.
All apartments are offered with full finishing, kitchen furniture, heating system, and water, gas, and electricity meters.
The Agency noted that the residential complexes were built in accordance with state construction norms, have positive state expert conclusions, and the apartments have extracts from the state real estate registry confirming ownership rights.
