PASHA Holding continues to support Holberton School Azerbaijan. Over the past several years, the cooperation between PASHA Holding and Holberton School Azerbaijan has continued to contribute to the development of human capital in the technology sector in Azerbaijan, helping young people acquire practical skills in line with labor market demands, and strengthening the local technology ecosystem.
Holberton School Azerbaijan operates with the joint support of PASHA Holding and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IRIA). Initiatives implemented within the framework of this cooperation aim to expand young people's access to development opportunities in modern technology fields, nurture new tech talent, and strengthen their ties to the real labor market.
During the year, approximately 6,400 applications were submitted for the program “100% təqaüd səni çağırır!” (“100% scholarship awaits you!”). Currently, 249 individuals continue their studies under the scholarship program. Under the Generative AI scholarship program, 224 participants successfully completed their training and received graduate status. As part of activities aimed at developing practical skills, 6 hackathons were held, where 132 projects were presented.
The cooperation between PASHA Holding and Holberton School Azerbaijan, which began in 2023, continues today, contributing to the preparation of a new generation of technology specialists in Azerbaijan and their integration into the ecosystem.
