Bir, the first integrated e-commerce, banking, and payments ecosystem in the Caucasus region, has launched a smart chatbot 'Ey-ay' in its m10 digital wallet app. The new feature allows customers to make payments and use other services simply in a chat format.
The innovation is one example of society's rapid transition from cash to digital payments and aims to make everyday financial operations faster and more convenient. The Bir ecosystem strives to make digital services simpler and more accessible for everyone, as well as to ease users' adaptation to new digital opportunities.
Maxim Evdokimov, Head of Products, Marketing, and Customer Experience at Bir ecosystem, noted: 'Today people expect speed and convenience from digital services. Thanks to Ey-ay, users can make everyday payments simply in a chat format, making the use of services even more convenient and accessible. We combine financial services with the communication format people are used to, making digital payments easier for everyone and supporting Azerbaijan's transition to a digital economy.'
Bir is the first fully integrated digital ecosystem in the Caucasus, changing the approach of private and corporate clients to everyday digital services in Azerbaijan. The ecosystem, which started operations in 2025, unites the country's leading brands – the mobile banking app Birbank, the e-commerce platform Birmarket, the payment terminals MilliÖn, and the digital wallet m10. Today, Bir serves more than 5 million customers. Thanks to its developed infrastructure and strategic partnerships with Trendyol Azerbaijan and BakıKart, Bir is the first and largest digital ecosystem in Azerbaijan.
