Tamar Ventures LLC, established by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency together with Kazakh venture fund White Hill Capital in September last year, has completed state registration.

According to the information, the new company's legal address is Baku, Sabail district, 45 Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, apartment 75, its authorized capital is $1 million, and its legal representative is White Hill Capital managing partner Aslan Sultanov.
The Kazakh fund was founded in 2021 and invests primarily in startups from Central Eurasian countries. The founding agreement related to its entry into the Azerbaijani market was signed in September last year in Baku at the INMerge 2025 Innovation Summit, organized by PASHA Holding LLC.
