ABB Establishes Asset Management Company with 1 Million Manat Capital

The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has registered ABB-Asset Management LLC, owned by the International Bank of Azerbaijan (ABB), FinFly reports citing the ministry.

The new company is registered at the address of ABB's head office: Baku, Nasimi district, 67 Nizami Street.

The authorized capital of ABB-Asset Management is 1 million manats. The legal representative of the company is Hasan Eminov Etibar oglu, head of ABB's Agile Office and director of ABB Innovation LLC.

To date, ABB owns seven subsidiaries.
