New production buildings and the engineering and communication infrastructure required for their operation are planned in the Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park.
According to information on the unified state procurement portal, design and estimate documentation will be prepared for this purpose on the park's territory. The project is being implemented by the Agency for Economic Zone Development under the Ministry of Economy. The work will cover a plot of 2.29 hectares. The cost of services for preparing the design and estimate documentation is 170,000 manats.
At the first stage, the construction of three production buildings is envisaged: one with an area of 1,728 square meters and two of 1,920 square meters each. The total area will be 5,568 square meters. At a subsequent stage, three more buildings of 1,920 square meters each are planned, bringing the total number to six.
Along with production spaces, the project provides for the creation of necessary infrastructure: internal roads, electricity and water supply networks, sewerage systems, firefighting infrastructure and communication systems. Internal road infrastructure for truck traffic, technical roads, outdoor lighting systems, and landscaping will be created on the territory.
To ensure reliable power supply, the installation of a diesel generator set, an automatic backup power connection system, and a special platform for the generator are planned.
Drinking and industrial water supply systems, domestic and stormwater sewerage, firefighting water supply and fire extinguishing systems, as well as communication, internet and other low-current systems will be installed in the buildings. For site security, video surveillance and entry/exit control systems, a checkpoint, and in the production blocks — sanitary facilities, general ventilation systems and other communications are envisaged.
The first-stage buildings are planned to be constructed from reinforced concrete structures. Special ventilation systems required for production purposes will be installed by tenants.
During the design process, site planning and leveling, engineering-geological and topographic works will be carried out, a geological report will be prepared, and urban planning justification and a detailed general plan will be developed. Author supervision and the use of local building materials are also envisaged.
