Russian specialists will take part in building and modernizing facilities to repair armored vehicles operated by Azerbaijan's army, Dmitry Shugayev, director of Russia's Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), said.

He said Russia's cooperation with its partners extends beyond supplying finished products to include military-technological cooperation.
