Cib Kapital İnvestisiya Şirkəti Closed Joint-Stock Company has announced a reduction in its authorized capital.
This is stated in the newspaper Vergilər (Taxes), published by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.
According to the information, the company's authorized capital has been reduced from 500,000 manats to 190,000 manats. Thus, the capital volume has been reduced by 310,000 manats, or 62 percent.
It should be noted that Cib Kapital İnvestisiya Şirkəti CJSC was registered with state authorities in January 2026. The legal representative of the company is Gündüz Magsud oglu Gözalov.
The investment company is a legal entity established in the form of a joint-stock company, which holds a license to carry out investment activities and whose exclusive subject of activity is the provision of core and ancillary investment services as defined by Articles 30.3 and 30.4 of the Law "On Securities Market".
Core services of investment companies include receiving and executing client orders for securities and derivative financial instruments, managing portfolios of individual investors, providing investment advice, placement and underwriting of securities, conducting transactions with securities on their own account, and margin trading.
Ancillary services include maintaining client accounts for securities, providing investors with credits and other forms of loans, conducting investment research and financial analysis, providing collateral management services for covered bonds, as well as foreign exchange exchange.
