Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities can now grant signing rights to other persons for an unlimited period through the Kabinetim section on sima.az. The new feature allows businesses to authorize individuals to conduct tax, customs, banking and other business operations on their behalf entirely in digital format.
To grant authority, it is sufficient to enter the FIN code of the desired person in the Kabinetim section and assign them the appropriate role. The authorized person does not have to be an employee of the enterprise: signing rights can be delegated both to employees and to other individuals. The main condition is that the authorized person must have a SİMA business certificate issued under the relevant enterprise's tax identification number (INN).
The granted powers remain in effect until revoked by the entrepreneur.
The SİMA electronic signature business certificate can be obtained online through the SİMA İmza mobile app. Those obtaining an electronic signature for the first time can use the promo code 6AYPULSUZ, which allows free use of the signature for the first six months.
