NIFTYSPHERE Institute of Arts & Design successfully presented “Cultural Colors – Season 5,” a distinguished fashion and cultural showcase celebrating international cultural connections through fashion, art, heritage and creative expression.
A key highlight of the event was a specially designed attire inspired by the European Roller bird of Azerbaijan, translating the beauty and symbolism of Azerbaijan’s natural heritage into contemporary fashion. The attire was presented on the ramp as a symbol of Pakistan–Azerbaijan friendship, promoting a positive image of both nations and highlighting the potential of fashion as a powerful tool for cultural diplomacy.
The initiative was led under the vision of Syed Usman Tahir, Advisor to the Federal Culture Minister of Pakistan and CEO of NIFTYSPHERE Institute of Arts and Design, who emphasized the importance of using fashion and creative industries to strengthen international cultural relations and people-to-people connections.
As part of the event’s media collaboration, Azerbaijan’s state news agency was also prominently acknowledged on the main media wall, reflecting the important role of media partnerships in promoting cultural exchange and sharing positive stories of friendship and cooperation between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
Speaking about the initiative, Syed Usman Tahir highlighted that fashion can serve as a bridge between nations, allowing cultures to communicate through creativity, design and artistic expression.
Through Cultural Colors – Season 5, NIFTYSPHERE – Institute of Arts and Design continues its commitment to promoting Pakistani creative talent while providing a platform for international cultural representation, diplomatic engagement and meaningful cultural exchange.
The Pakistan–Azerbaijan presentation was a celebration of friendship, creativity and cultural diplomacy, demonstrating how fashion can transcend borders and bring people and nations closer together.
