Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) is gradually increasing the advance ticket sales period for the international Baku-Tbilisi-Baku route to make trip planning more convenient.
As reported by FinFly.News citing ADY, tickets are currently available for purchase 44 days before departure, up from the previous 30 days.
In the coming days, this period is planned to be extended to 90 days.
"This will allow passengers to plan their trips in advance, and ADY to forecast demand more accurately and make timely decisions on adding carriages," the company added.
ADY also reported that work continues on organizing an additional train on the Baku-Tbilisi-Baku route: "Necessary technical and operational work is being carried out in connection with the completion of preparations by the Georgian side for the commissioning of the additional train."
