This was stated by Serhat Köksal, President of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), at the 28th Annual Meeting of the BSTDB Board of Governors in Baku.
Köksal recalled that in September last year, BSTDB held a very successful business development event in Chisinau, Moldova.
"We hope to use it as a model for further work to increase the bank's visibility in the region. This is necessary so that banks, companies, and agencies know about BSTDB, its capabilities, and that it can become an alternative and efficient resource for them to implement business expansion plans. Tomorrow's business forum 'Connecting Markets, Diversifying Economies: Azerbaijan as a Regional Hub' will be the next such event. At it, we will focus on business prospects and economic opportunities here in Azerbaijan," the bank's president emphasized.
According to him, in the coming months, BSTDB plans to hold additional events in other member countries as well.
