Azerbaijan's bank deposit portfolio stood at 44 billion 155.3 million manats as of July 1, 2026.
According to FinFly.News, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), this figure increased by 4.6% compared to June 1, by 5.8% since the beginning of the year, and by 2.8% compared to July 1 of the previous year.
Of the total deposit portfolio, 48.9%, or 21 billion 587.2 million manats, accounted for non-financial organizations. Compared to the same period last year, their deposits decreased by 11.2%.
During the reporting period, short-term deposits amounted to 23 billion 819.2 million manats (+1.3%) of the total, while long-term deposits reached 20 billion 336.1 million manats (+4.6%).
