RİNN, AZCON Holding and Microsoft Ireland: MoU on cooperation

On 25 September 2026, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan, AZCON Holding, and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The Memorandum was signed by Samaddin Asadov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport; Shahin Babayev, Executive Director of AZCON Holding; and Gabriela Popescu, Regional General Manager at Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. The Memorandum provides a framework for exploring potential areas of cooperation between the parties. It establishes a general framework for future collaboration, while the terms and conditions of specific projects are to be agreed upon by the parties at a subsequent stage. No specific projects, investment amounts or timelines have been defined.
