Azerbaijan has approved delivery tariffs for special-communications services supplied to non-budget-funded organizations, local media reported, citing a decision by the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security.
An envelope weighing up to 50 grams costs AZN 2.5 for delivery within a city and AZN 6 for nationwide or air delivery. The corresponding rates for a parcel of up to 2 kilograms are AZN 5 and AZN 8.5.
The quoted rates exclude VAT. They concern a specific service and customer group, rather than a universal Azerpost consumer tariff or all courier deliveries. Establishing a price increase would additionally require a comparison with the previous rates.
