Bus terminals and stations across Azerbaijan will switch to reinforced operations from November 6 through November 10, the Land Transport Agency, AYNA, said. The period covers Victory Day on November 8 and National Flag Day on November 9.
Operators and station managers have been instructed to keep services running, manage crowds and sell tickets at approved fares. The announcement concerns station operations; it does not promise extra departures on every route.
Passengers planning ahead can use Biletim, the online ticket service. AYNA says it offers tickets for 97 routes serving 61 destinations. Seat availability depends on the individual departure.
