Aliosman Ağasoy won the competition to operate buses from Baku to both Quba and Qusar. Logistics And Transport Services was selected for the Baku to Khudat route, Azerbaijan’s Land Transport Agency, AYNA, announced on November 3.
Bəxtiyar Bilalov won the Baku to Zaqatala route. The agency named two operators for services between Baku and Sınıq Körpü: Eyvaz Abbasov and Orxan Əmiraslanov.
The awards also affect passengers travelling from Qobu to the Baku International Bus Terminal. Xaliq Faiqoğlu was selected for suburban route 567 connecting the two. AYNA’s notice identifies the operators but does not announce fare or timetable changes.
