Ferries of the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO) transported 623,682 tons of TIR and vehicles in January-July 2026, which is 58,458 tons or 10% more compared to the same period last year. This was reported by the company.
In July 2026, ferries transported 108,649 tons of TIR and vehicles. This represents an increase of 30,350 tons or 39% compared to July last year.
Transportation of TIR and vehicles in quantitative terms also showed growth. In July this year, ferries transported 4,282 units of TIR and vehicles. In July 2025, this figure was 3,125 units. Thus, in July, transportation increased by 37%.
