Azerbaijan creates 'Digital Public Finance' system

Azerbaijan's Ministry of Finance reports on digitalization of public finances: a new information system has been created, the 'Electronic Budget Guide' portal has been launched, and the volume of contracts signed via E-müqavilə exceeded 1 billion manats.

Azerbaijan Included in New ADB Program for Public Finance Reform

The Asian Development Bank has approved $500,000 in technical assistance to launch a new regional program for fiduciary assessment and strengthening public financial management systems. Azerbaijan is among the participants. The initiative runs from 2026 to 2028 and covers 43 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
