Russia Allows Import, Production and Circulation of Euro 2, Euro 3, Euro 4 Gasoline

The Russian government has adopted a resolution that sets temporary rules for the production, import, and circulation of gasoline and diesel fuel until July 1, 2027, according to the Ministry of Energy.
