Kristal Baku reported AZN 8.249 million in net profit for 2025 after a loss the previous year. Report news agency published the developer's financial figures on November 2.
At January 1, 2026, assets stood at AZN 719.653 million against liabilities of AZN 759.813 million, leaving negative equity of AZN 40.16 million.
Profit measures performance over a period; equity describes the balance between assets and liabilities at a particular date. A profitable year can therefore coexist with negative equity.
These figures alone do not establish the company's current cash position or its ability to meet upcoming payments. Cash-flow information and debt maturities would be needed for that assessment.
