In January-July of this year, the State Property Service registered 207,035 property ownership rights and provided extracts for them. This is 1.25% more than in the same period last year.
According to the information, 39,556 cases (19%) were primary registrations, and 167,479 (81%) were repeated registrations. This is 5.2% and 0.3% more than a year earlier, respectively.
During the reporting period, 44,830 registration cases were for private and country houses, 52,822 for apartments, 101,351 for land plots, 1,918 for non-residential premises, 5,684 for non-residential objects, 366 for property complexes, and 64 for multi-story residential buildings.
During this period, 60,360 property rights were registered in Baku, with the remaining cases in the regions.
Over the past year, the number of issued technical passports increased by 0.1% to 145,778, and the number of registered mortgage contracts grew by 7.55% to 36,779.
