Housing development at Baku’s AIREX exhibition was discussed alongside transport, schools and public spaces. Organiser Riyad Salayev said more than 70 companies from 14 countries participated.
Chapman Taylor representative Marcelina Zielinska highlighted integrated urban planning. The practice is involved in masterplans for Shusha and Jabrayil, as well as areas of Agdam and Fuzuli.
What this means for buyers
An apartment’s price captures only part of a household’s future costs. Transport access, school opening dates and utility connections affect daily spending and convenience. Comparing developments therefore requires checking infrastructure delivery schedules alongside developers’ housing offers.
