In the city of Nakhchivan, construction of 16 residential buildings is planned on an area of about 5 hectares. This was reported by the State Housing Construction Agency.
According to the project, the residential complex will consist of 16 buildings with 6 and 7 floors. The complex will have a total of 518 apartments, including 93 one-room, 37 two-room, 351 three-room, and 37 four-room apartments.
To ensure the comfort of residents, the necessary social and communal infrastructure will be created in the residential complex. The construction of a kindergarten and other public catering facilities is planned on the territory.
The complex will be provided with electricity, gas, drinking water, and sewage systems. Roads and sidewalks will also be laid, and landscaping and greening work will be carried out.
It should be noted that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation of the social housing complex of 518 apartments in Nakhchivan on August 11.
