AzInTelecom LLC, part of AZCON Holding, has been admitted to FIRST (Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams), an internationally recognized organization in the field of cybersecurity.
Thus, AzInTelecom has been recognized as the Computer Incident Response Center for Azerbaijan's transport sector and has been granted the status of "Transport CERT." The team's activities were assessed in accordance with the SIM3 model, and the results of a comprehensive audit confirmed compliance with international standards.
This status enables AzInTelecom to promptly neutralize external cyberattacks together with international partners, exchange data via the MISP platform, and participate in the organization's voting and working group activities.
AzInTelecom's admission to FIRST confirms that the company operates in the field of cybersecurity in line with international standards and is recognized as a reliable partner of the global cybersecurity community. At the same time, AzInTelecom becomes part of a global network alongside such world-renowned companies as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, Cisco, and CrowdStrike, and contributes to strengthening the cyber resilience of the transport sector and developing institutional capabilities.
It should be noted that AzInTelecom consistently develops its activities in accordance with the Information Security and Cybersecurity Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2023–2027, paying special attention to the continuous improvement of technological capabilities.
