Actual charging time depends on equipment, vehicle capability and battery state.

Adding 30 kWh at a constant 60 kW theoretically takes half an hour, excluding losses and power reduction. This is arithmetic, not a promised charging time.
Location, port and connector
A location may have several ports. A port may have multiple connectors but charge only one vehicle at a time. Connector counts therefore need not equal simultaneous vehicle capacity.
