Azerbaijan's State Social Protection Fund projects approximately AZN 9.22 billion in 2027 revenue, a 10.8% increase, according to its budget announcement.
Local media give the breakdown as AZN 7.5865 billion from compulsory social insurance contributions, AZN 1.6 billion from the state budget and AZN 34 million in other revenue. Contributions would therefore account for approximately 82.3% of the total.
The AZN 1.6 billion transfer also appears in the state budget bill. These figures describe planned funding sources for the coming year, rather than contributions already collected or the pension payable to an individual.
