NEQSOL Holding has been awarded four international Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2026 in the categories of Future of Work, Human Resources, and Learning & Development. The awards reflect the Holding's achievements in human capital development, corporate training, and workplace transformation.

One of the main achievements this year is the gold award for the NEQSOL AI Upskilling program in the AI and Future of Work category. The award recognizes NEQSOL Holding's approach to proactively developing employees' knowledge and practical skills in artificial intelligence, in response to growing business demand. The program helps employees effectively apply AI tools in their work, boosting productivity, fostering innovation, and creating value across the organization.

Meriç Tunç, Chief Human Capital Officer at NEQSOL Holding, commented: "Continuous investment in knowledge and skills is becoming increasingly important in today's business environment. Human capital development remains one of our strategic priorities, and we continue to help employees build the professional skills needed for the future. This includes developing expertise in new technologies such as artificial intelligence, as well as leadership and professional competencies and a culture of continuous learning. These awards reflect our long-term investment in employee development and the joint efforts of our teams. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to these achievements."

Other recognized areas include the development of NEQSOL Holding's learning and human capital ecosystem, including professional development, upskilling, social impact initiatives, and programs aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning across the Holding.

Earlier this year, NEQSOL Holding also became a laureate of the ATD BEST Award 2026 from the Association for Talent Development for its comprehensive approach to talent development, learning, and leadership across the organization.
