Khalg Bank has launched a special campaign for loans secured by real estate, aiming to offer clients more favorable financing conditions for large financial needs.
As part of the campaign, which will run until December 30, 2026, clients can obtain a consumer loan secured by real estate up to 200,000 AZN for a term of up to 59 months at an annual interest rate of 12%. If the loan is intended for the purchase of real estate, clients can benefit from financing for a longer period – up to 72 months, at an annual interest rate starting from 12%.
It should be recalled that Khalg Bank also continues its previously launched campaign for internal mortgage loans, which provides clients with the opportunity to purchase real estate with financing over a longer term.
Thus, depending on the size and purpose of financing, clients can choose suitable conditions, gaining the opportunity to use a loan for a large amount, a longer term, and a favorable interest rate.
To participate in the campaign, clients can visit one of the 31 branches of Khalg Bank, located in various regions of the country.
