The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) has kept its forecast for Azerbaijan's oil production in 2026 at 550,000 barrels per day.
This is according to the EIA's August Short-Term Energy Outlook.
According to updated data, oil production in the third and fourth quarters of the current year will average 540,000 bpd. The July forecast had the same figure.
In the first and second quarters of 2025, oil production averaged 570,000 bpd, and in the third and fourth quarters, 560,000 bpd.
According to the EIA, Azerbaijan's liquid hydrocarbons production in 2025 averaged 570,000 bpd.
