China's State Council called for faster infrastructure delivery and support for corporate equipment upgrades at its November 6 meeting. The government portal published the decisions on November 7.

Priorities cover water, power, computing, communications, urban underground pipelines and logistics. Officials also called for timely payment of allocated funds to businesses and local authorities.

The measures aim to support domestic demand and annual economic targets. No new funding package was quantified; the emphasis is on speeding up implementation of existing policies.
