Leading retail company BİM Birleşik Mağazalar has announced the completion of the establishment of Dost Katılım Bankası A.Ş., founded with a registered capital of 10 billion Turkish lira.
The bank's official registration in the Istanbul Trade Registry took place on September 16, 2026.
The company has applied to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) for an operating license.
After the completion of the relevant approval process, Dost Participation Bank will officially begin accepting clients and carrying out industry operations.
