In January–July 2026, the execution of Azerbaijan's state budget showed positive dynamics.
According to the Ministry of Finance, during this period, treasury operations were executed promptly and accurately in accordance with legal requirements. Treasury bodies processed over 748,000 payment orders in a timely and complete manner.
In January–July of this year, state budget revenues amounted to 23 billion 594.7 million manats, exceeding the forecast by 855.9 million manats, or 3.8 percent.
In state budget revenues, receipts from the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy totaled 11 billion 474.1 million manats (848.1 million manats, or 8 percent, above the forecast), receipts from the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy reached 32.9 million manats (5.8 million manats, or 21.5 percent, above the forecast), other revenues amounted to 427.8 million manats (150.6 million manats, or 54.4 percent, above the forecast), and the transfer from the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) totaled 7 billion 490 million manats, meeting the forecast 100 percent.
At the same time, receipts from the State Customs Committee amounted to 3 billion 751.8 million manats (99.9 percent of the forecast), and revenues from paid services of organizations financed from the state budget reached 418.1 million manats (74.1 percent of the forecast).
In January–July, state budget expenditures were executed at 20 billion 174.4 million manats, which is 229.8 million manats, or 1.2 percent, more than in the same period last year.
In January–July 2026, consolidated budget revenues were executed at 28 billion 841.8 million manats, and expenditures at 23 billion 742.4 million manats.
