Applications for 2027 have opened under the Digital Economy Development Support Program, one of the key initiatives of Azerbaijan's Digital Economy Development Strategy for 2026-2029.
The announcement was made by the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM) under Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy.
The program aims to accelerate the technological transformation of local enterprises. Its goal is to encourage the adoption of advanced technologies, improve operational efficiency and business competitiveness, expand opportunities for innovative and sustainable production, and support the development of the digital economy.
As part of the program, local and international experts assess enterprises' technological readiness using international methodologies. Based on the assessment, an individual technological transformation roadmap is developed for each enterprise. Enterprises then receive technical expert support in implementing specific solutions, as well as assistance in accessing financial resources.
