As of August 1 of this year, the broad money supply (M3 aggregate) in Azerbaijan amounted to 53.925 billion manats.
According to FinFly.News calculations based on the statistical bulletin of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), this is 6.2 billion manats, or 13.1 percent, more compared to the same period in 2025.
Additionally, as of August 1, 2026, the manat money supply (M2 aggregate) amounted to 43.842 billion manats, which is 7.2 billion manats, or 19.6 percent, more compared to the same period in 2025.
Also in the reporting period, demand deposits (M1 monetary aggregate) amounted to 33.632 billion manats. This is 4.6 billion manats, or 15.9 percent, more compared to the same period in 2025.
At the same time, as of August 1 of this year, the volume of cash outside banks (M0 aggregate) amounted to 19.171 billion manats, which is 2.5 billion manats, or 15.1 percent, more compared to the same period last year.
