German automaker Volkswagen is considering the sale of Ducati, the motorcycle manufacturer that is part of Audi. Audi CEO Gernot Döllner told Bloomberg about this.
"At Volkswagen Group, we adhere to the principles of disciplined and responsible portfolio management," he said.
According to Döllner, the discussion about Ducati's future is part of the group's ongoing asset evaluation.
"As part of this process, we will also consider the Ducati question, but no decisions have been made yet," emphasized the head of Audi.
