Uzbekistan's Asia Alliance Bank plans to issue foreign currency bonds worth $20 million, joining a growing number of the country's financial institutions raising US dollar financing through the capital market.
This is stated in a KAP DEPO announcement published after the bank's Supervisory Board decision, which was posted on the OpenInfo portal on August 10.
The bonds will be offered via public subscription. They carry an annual coupon of 7% and a three-year maturity. The nominal value of each bond will be $100, with coupon payments made quarterly.
The placement will begin on the 15th calendar day after the notice of state registration of the bond issue is published on OpenInfo.
