ABC-Telecom, which operates the popular Kontakt Home retail chain, has been subjected to a financial penalty due to violations in the sale of oil-filled electric heaters under the HOFFMANN trademark.

This was reported by the State Agency for Antimonopoly Control and Consumer Market Supervision.

According to the information, a re-examination of the case on signs of violation of competition legislation has been completed. The case was reviewed on the grounds of violating the requirements of Articles 23.1.1, 23.1.4, and 25.1.1 of the Competition Code.

As a result of the review, the company was instructed to eliminate the cases of unfair competition and prevent their recurrence in the future. In addition, a financial sanction was applied to ABC-Telecom.
