Russia has expressed readiness to resume trilateral negotiations involving the United States and Ukraine after November 4. According to FinFly, citing local media, this was stated by Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.
"Now the next deadline is November 4, our major holiday. After that we will be ready to resume negotiations," he said.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky confirmed plans to hold a trilateral meeting with representatives of Russia and the United States in early November.
