Bir, the first fully integrated digital ecosystem in the Caucasus, has signed a partnership agreement with the Food Service and Gastronomy Association (İİQA) and Clopos, a startup providing digital solutions for the restaurant and retail business. This partnership will improve customer experience, accelerate digital transformation, and expand the use of cashless payments in the HoReCa sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes/catering).

Under the Memorandum of Understanding, the three parties will implement a comprehensive digital solution covering the entire process from ordering to payment. The solution, built on Bir's infrastructure, uses a single QR code that allows guests to view menus, place orders directly from their table, pay via Bir Pay or other payment methods, and leave electronic tips.

This solution will make customer service faster and more convenient, while helping restaurants simplify order and payment processes, thereby increasing overall efficiency. The partnership brings together technology, payment infrastructure, and HoReCa businesses to support the sector's digital transformation.

Bir is the first fully integrated ecosystem of banking, payments, and e-commerce in the Caucasus, changing how people and businesses approach everyday services in Azerbaijan. Launched in 2025, Bir unites the country's leading digital platforms, including Birbank, Milliön payment terminals, and the m10 app, reaching an audience of over 5 million users. Through strategic partnerships with marketplace Trendyol and transport payment system BakıKart, Bir is laying the foundation for the largest digital ecosystem for consumers and businesses in Azerbaijan.
